Brut Blanc De Blancs

Comprising exclusively Chardonnay grapes, this limpid, brilliant wine undergoes three-year aging in caves. Golden straw yellow with greenish highlights, it features extra fine, lingering perlage. Unusually refined and delicate on the nose, with variegated floral scents (linden tree and lilac), hints of fruit (apricot) and spices (vanilla), it is pleasant on the palate, thanks to a sweet fruity tang and a honey-flavoured floral bouquet. Acidity and sweetness are well structured in this champagne featuring excellent lingering taste, the exclusive quality of its lively bubbles and innate freshness.
