This champagne is a clever blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir grapes, and is aged in caves for four years; a system that achieves a prime quality product with a well-balanced style. Limpid with lingering perlage, this golden wine with greenish-amber highlights is full-bodied, potent and scented, featuring hints of citrus fruit, vanilla and acacia honey. The bouquet is aromatic, well-balanced and harmonious. The final sensation perceived on the palate is powerful, round and fresh.
